Holiday Delivery Disclaimer
All products are custom-made and require production time before shipping. During peak holiday periods, production and shipping timelines may vary.

While we provide estimated delivery windows, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed, even with expedited shipping. Shipping speed only affects transit time once the order has shipped.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders that arrive after a desired delivery date due to production delays or carrier delays beyond our control.

Refunds or replacements are only issued for:

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Items lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 3-5 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5-10 days delivery.

Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or tariffs that might affect shipping out of country or ship into the country

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Jamsprintboutique has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
